1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wealth Intelligence platform, website, reports, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by TFE Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our", or "TFE Group").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Service Description

The Service is designed for use by financial advisers, wealth managers, platform operators, and other financial services professionals.
The Service includes:
- Monthly intelligence reports covering ISA, pension and household wealth markets
- Weekly pulse briefings and market signals
- An online dashboard with summary metrics and trends
- Blog articles and market commentary
- Prospect packs and bespoke intelligence outputs
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, in breach of these Terms, or created with false information.
4. Report Purchases and Subscriptions
4.1 One-off Purchases
Individual intelligence reports may be purchased on a one-off basis. Each purchase grants you access to a single report for the specified reporting period. The report will be available in your dashboard upon successful payment.
4.2 Subscriptions
Subscription plans provide recurring access to reports on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4.3 Seat Licences
Certain subscription plans include seat licences that allow multiple users within your organisation to access the Service. Each seat licence is for a single named user and may not be shared. You are responsible for managing seat allocations within your organisation.
4.4 Pricing
All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until the next renewal date.
5. Payment and Billing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account on time and with a valid payment method. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to your reports until payment is received.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital intelligence products, refunds are generally not available once a report has been delivered or made accessible in your dashboard. However, we will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
- A significant technical error renders a report unusable, and we are unable to provide a corrected version within a reasonable timeframe
- You were charged in error (for example, duplicate payment)
- The report content is materially different from what was described at the point of purchase
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at the details provided on our Contact page. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. No partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of a billing period after cancellation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, data, reports, analysis, commentary, designs, logos and other materials available through the Service are the intellectual property of TFE Group Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
7.1 Permitted Use
Purchased reports may be used internally within your organisation for business decision-making, strategy planning and client communications. You may reference findings from our reports in your own materials, provided that Wealth Intelligence and TFE Group Ltd are credited as the source.
7.2 Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense or share reports with third parties outside your organisation
- Reproduce substantial portions of our reports in competing products or services
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, watermarks or branding from our materials
- Use automated tools to scrape, extract or systematically download content from the Service
- Represent our data or analysis as your own original work
8. Data and Privacy
Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
The behavioural data that underpins our intelligence reports is collected anonymously and in aggregate from consumers using TFE Group's network of financial planning tools. No personally identifiable information is collected from those consumers, and no individual-level data is included in our reports.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
9.1 Not Financial Advice

The Service is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
You should not rely solely on information from the Service when making business or financial decisions. We recommend consulting with appropriately qualified professionals where necessary.
9.2 Data Accuracy
While we take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data and analysis, we do not guarantee that the information provided is complete, accurate or up to date. Our intelligence is derived from behavioural data samples and may not reflect the entire market. All reports include confidence scores and sample size information to help you assess data reliability.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TFE Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these acceptable use provisions.
11. Service Availability
We aim to ensure the Service is available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. If we discontinue a paid service, we will honour any existing subscriptions for the remainder of the paid period or provide a pro-rata refund.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of third-party services.
13. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to purchased reports will cease, although we may, at our discretion, allow continued access to previously purchased reports for a reasonable transition period.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
