Reports & subscriptions

What does a Wealth Intelligence report contain?

Each monthly report combines headline market metrics, segment-level behavioural shifts, provider-level benchmarking where the sample supports it, weekly pulse signals, and an editor-led commentary written for investment committees. Every chart shows its underlying sample size and confidence band.

How is a one-off report different from a subscription?

A one-off report grants a permanent licence to a single reporting period for your firm. A subscription delivers each new monthly report, weekly pulse briefings and dashboard access for the duration of the subscription, with seat licences for named users.

Can I see a sample before I buy?

Yes. Talk to us and we will walk you through a redacted sample report and discuss the questions you are trying to answer.

Do you produce bespoke intelligence?

Yes. We deliver bespoke intelligence packs for product launches, M&A diligence, market sizing, competitor benchmarking and regulatory submissions. Scope, fee and timeline are agreed in writing before any work begins.

Account & access

How do I create an account?

Click Register and provide your name, work email, firm and password. Registration is free; you only pay when you purchase a report or subscription.

I have forgotten my password.

Email hello@wealthintelligence.uk from your registered address and we will issue a reset link. Self-service password reset is on our roadmap.

How do seat licences work?

Each subscription includes a configurable number of named seats. Seats are personal and may not be shared. You can manage seat allocation directly from your dashboard.

Billing & payments

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Annual institutional contracts can be invoiced; contact us for a quote.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes. A VAT invoice is generated for every purchase and is available from your dashboard immediately after checkout.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to all reports already delivered.

What is your refund policy?

See section 6 of our Terms of Service. In short, we consider refunds for duplicate charges, materially defective reports, or where the delivered content differs from what was described at purchase.

Data & methodology

Where does your data come from?

From a national network of free, consumer-facing financial planning tools we operate. Real households use these tools to model real decisions, generating first-party behavioural signals.

Do you collect personal data from those households?

No. No PII is captured at any stage of the pipeline that produces our intelligence. There is no login, no email, no IP capture for analytics, no device identifier. See our Privacy Policy.

How do you ensure the data is representative?

We continuously benchmark our sample distributions against ONS Wealth and Assets, HMRC ISA and pension statistics, FCA retail investor data and Bank of England household balance sheets. Divergence is reported, not corrected silently.

Can I see your full methodology?

Yes. Our Methodology page covers the full pipeline. The deeper methodology pack, with versioning and validation logs, is available to clients on request.
